strange problem with my azboxHD

Ive got a strange problem with an azboxhd it keeps feezeing, so i thought id upload the new openpli into it and same problem.In my network it shows the box working but the screen is frozen i cant figure out why,so thats why im asking if anyone else has encountered this problem and how it can be fixed?:banghead::banghead::banghe ad:

- A/V settings
- Freez on encrypted or free channels
- CS or local card ( wich encryption )
- Wich kernel did you load

freezez on encrypted channels and from a cs line, it dosnt matter if i was on original image or the spaze or the lastest ripper image same thing freezing could the box be faulty? irdeto2 encryption.

You should problably have a line problem, don´t know but cs line is too short to understand the situation, we need to know what hop you've got, but not allowed here to spake so open, so try by pm,
