Transponder 12012V on Astra19.2 not working

They are in S2 8PSK so I assume you have an HD receiver.

OK, dear friends no problem at all. The only thing you have to do is to change the Symbol Rate (SR) to 29000 and the signal will comeback again.

There is no signal for me either with those transponder details or with the ones in your first post either, so it would appear that there is either a problem with the TP or they have changed the TP details.

OK dear friends just an explanation. Today, when I tried to watch that frequency channels (12012 V) i saw that there was not any signal there, then I went to "king of sat" and Lyngsat sites and i didn't see any changes. So, I rememberd me that usually some HD channels have a higher frequencies and I tried to change the SR to 29000 and bingo, the signal returned to my receiver (Samsat 80 HD). Unfortunately did not work for you but it worked for me. As you can imagine my intention was only to help you.
