AZ Box Mini Me flashing orange on boot

When I boot my new AZBox Mini Me for the first time it just goes into fast flashing orange on the front panel indicator and nothing happens on the screen.

Tried recovery mode on the back which does not display anything on my tv even though the indicator is blue.

What to do?

You need to goto the distribitors web site and make out a ticket they are very good and will help you
