Softcam HD 9000

I just loaded the latest softcam dated 10 4 2012 and it worked for a short time,
the screen has now gone black anyone else have the same problem with SCT on Hotbird?

Sct isn't opened via Spiderbox softcam,
it is part of the Ethernet gift
