S3500HDCCi - what image should i flash it with?

just got S3500HDCCi today

updated it to the latest 2.10.29 official firmware and loaded the latest plug in pakage struggling to get things to work...
so my question is, what flash and plug ins do i need to start with so i can run xcam properly?

maybe a newbie question....if so sorry in advance
and thanks for any advice in advance

I currently use mg cam and it's simple but see my other posts for issues that may relate mor to the stb than the plugin.
