dm800 usals

hi could someone help me set up my usals for my dream box 800pvr
i corrupted my image and reloaded a new image on top of it but when i input my lon/lat inputs the dish moves to a point either east or west of the satellite
i have followed the tuts on this forum and others but still no luck
