hi all i am new to all this , just got a dreambox 500hd all working well ,but can i get software to give me a tv guide & record it to a harddrive, & which one should i buy yours eamonn

Download Cross EPG via the Plug-ins. You can then setup what you want to download.

for a hard disk, you need a powered external sata drive - any upto 2TB is fine.
