The YouTube facility is well known, but I was wondering if there was a similar plug-in for WebTV streams? The one that I have in mind particularly, is the Kanal Sport (http://kanalsport.dk/) When viewed on the web, it requires an installation of something called the "Infinate HD App" which seems to be some kind of media player for the Kanal Sport stream.

There are also packages which include Kanal Sport, e.g. http://yousee.tv/livetv/dr1/ and http://webtv.tdc.dk/

Given the choice of clicking on an App / plug-in that simply controls and plays the streams and hunting them down on a web browser, I know which I'd rather do. The question is whether there is such a plug-in / app that will play these web streams.

Look forward to hearing from anyone who knows about this sort of thing.

Thanks

Martin

Hi

I think you may mean IPTV. Yes, it works but needs a bit of tweaking & FTP'ing.

Check out here:

Don't forget to remove the leading "-" :)

Enjoy

Thanks Donki. The information about IPTV looks very interesting.

The adverts for the AZBox Premium HD show IPTV as one of its features, but looking into my user manual, I can't find how to access it. Nor do I see it anywhere obvious in the menu structure when I look for it "in use".

How do I get to use this facility?

Thanks

Martin
