sky sports 4

can anyone one help please, i have a Clone DM500 and dont seem to be able to getSS4 when i select SS4 it always shows SS1

bring up the list of all channels and there should be a few sky sports 4 channels ,try them to get the right one the add it to the sports bouquet,,,,,,,are u using darkstar 2 image?
