The dish man is coming to fit dish tomorrow and its very rainy, will he be able to fit it in the rain if its still bad?

yes , as long as its not a big thunderstorm with extremely heavy rain ;)

Prob better if it's fitted in the rain, as he will align it to give the max signal in not ideal conditions.
Therefore when it's dry / sunny, the signal will be even better.

with a meter there will be no advantage in fitting in the rain but yes it will be no problem fitting a minidish even in bad weather but not a good idea to install a 1m dish up a ladder in a storm

Its just 80cm so not too big
