lost on how to get it working

hi guys i just got my vu+duo.i installed the latest blackhole image no probs,then i scanned for all the channles,found all of them on both tuners,then i copied and pasted my cline into etc folder,heres where im stuck.how can i find a way to enable that cline on the box itself.do i need to install a plugin of ccam

load the tspanel on the box for all the extra's you need
you load this addon after the image of your choice is flashed
open the dcc and click [TOOLS] then [packages]
in the green section on the left of the panel
a list of the packages on your vu will upload
under the list are two bar strips [update package list]
and [upload package] click upload package bar a window will
open find and click on the tspanel file then click open on the
window the file will now load on your package list and will give
the loading info in the protocol pane under the package list.
once loaded,close the dcc and re start your vu when it
re boots you will find the tspanel in your menu list ready to use
and get to the extras for your image, like cams/config /skins etc:
for the vu boxes open the tspanel and then click>ok on addons and
go to the tunisiasat vuplus addons is the section you will
find the cams/configs etc for your image, use the items for the image
you have flashed on your vu receiver.

Been follwing this thread, i have a vu ultimo
and ive been trying to install the tspanel
following the above instructions, but
cant find the tspanel in the menu,
ive tried 5.2 and 5.4 version, cant find
either on the menu page. Dcc says
installation done. Any idea whats gone
wrong. Im using blackhole 1.73 image.

You don't need the TS panel, if you just want a cam they are all here on pimps.
Why add things you don't need ?
