You have Windows Live Mail set-up to retrieve mail from your sky email address so this won't be affected.

Only mail sent directly from our server IP to a Hotmail, MSN, Windows Live Mail email address will be affected.

not sure if related , using live but through virgin im no longer receiving email notifications.

Cos, If you’re receiving the Microsoft live mail via your virgin account then you won’t receive notifications because the mail is being sent to Microsoft live mail and not direct to your Virgin account.

Any mail sent directly from this server to a Microsoft mail account won’t be delivered.

As stated in the thread title mate - Hotmail Reject Mail from our server IP.

Other mail providers are OK to the best of my knowledge.

As a temp solution we're now sending mail out via another source. So hotmail users will now receive mail from this forum.
