though we should give a big shout to all dmcrew here and say thanks for your help in the past with getting us to know our box and would just like to say that sorry for falling out with yer over this dreambox its so anoying at times this dreambox marlarky its my own fault for not sticking to gemini haha:respe:respect-013:ct-056:

Gemini don't do an image they suggest using an iCVS, so what image did you get
been trying for the last 2 days to get opendreambox 2.0 to accept Gemini blue panel plugin
also
the network browser plugin won't install, so no idea how to mount my Linux box.
There are loads of complaints about the v2.0 software - its is viewed by the community as an Alpha release - not much works!

after install off 0e2 i performed software update via software mangager ...

then i put this command line in telnet via dcc= opkg install http://download.blue-panel.com/gemini3/g3_wizard

then rebooted and pressed the blue button for blue pannel an option for install gp3 wizzard came up i hit ok and installed it the box automatically rebooted ..

now when pressing the blue button i get the blue pannel..

all oe2 images are experimental. useable only for people willing to suffer or to develop.
dream supplier works for angakabel exhibition next week so they need feedback from fanclub to not loose contact from other settop box developer progresses....
highlights are hbbtcv, cec, wmv, etc ....
and gemini is only plugin, they will not make a icvs in future

partialy true but there has been many updates for the oe2 over the last 2 weeks and its looking more than experimental ..

many issues been fixed now and many new features on the the new oe2 and at this early stage it is experimntal but im liking the progress

Does it use kernel 2.6.30 or later so it can use smartreader+ protocol in oscam?
