evening dudes, just a quick ask please, having been dormant for a while i had a peep at my SB9000HD this morning on 0.8w & noticed most of my channels had gone including most canal,s? quickly moved to astra2 & again most bbc,s regions as well had vamoosed? not a big problems as i put billy bots channel list back on but just curious what may have happened?is box on way out maybe, just a hunch as i remember my echostar300ip

Quite a few channels change their PIDs* even though they stay on the same transponder (frequency). On 28E many channels have moved to Astra 1N with some different frequencies.

Without knowing when you last used the box and tried a new scan it is not possible to give a full answer.

[BSkyB do it to screw up peeps using "real" sat receivers - although they say it is to spead the load over their available transponders].

Canal+ Emotion

ESPN America HD

The rest ot Ethernet Channels are clearing just fine :number-one-043:

think it was more serious than the replies [thanks anyway] as channels lost went right through the arc on different satellites.

Have they now returned after entering a new Sat list or doing a re-scan on each Sat?

yes indeed with a new channel satellite list, strange but sorted!! will report back if problem happens again , think i did read a post some time ago about similar problem.

Sounds more like your Satellites file or LNB setup got screwed then.

could be LNB as i did unscrew a few weeks ago when i thought it was on the blink.
