impossible to say without your location m8 !!

checked it on my triax td110 and booming in and BNT WORLD is actually open and working (northwest uk area)

signal was 79% and quality was 99%, as were all channels on that transponder

A year ago in london I tried a 55cm which was ok for most of 23e but sat bg was quite weak, I changed the dish for an 80cm and the signal boomed in.

There seems to be two beams for this provider the international channels like discovery history and viasat are on wide strong beams that can be picked up with even a 40cm, the bulgarian language channels seem to be quite tight focussed beams and require here at least a 70cm.

Do you have a HD receiver, because you need one.

most of his previous posts concern the tm9100 which is not HD at all , and prior to that he had a tm1500 so same again

so as he hasnt stated his current box its a good guess he is using an SD box and so cannot tune that transponder in

as for his original question , his dish size seems ample for the uk

even the sd channels are tranmitted in mpeg4 so a hd tuner is required for all satbg channels.

Stands to reason if you want HD output you need an HD TV? But it's not necessary if you're happy with SD. Of course there's no analogue programmes over the air.

he can still view hd channels with a hd box on a tv that is not hd , but will not be getting the best picture possible.
