F&H problems

Hi I've had an F&H for couple of years has frozen quite a few times and reset button has always worked.However,it now won't work at all.When I select navigation from the menu it goes grey and freezes the other menu buttons work but no real use to me!Don't know the model number sorry but on system info it says serial 090620356CA013FF.
Can anyone help me,please?

Hi,

maybe try another SD card and copy the appropriate maps directories from the CD onto it, worked for me!
