no lan

i just moved house and have found i cant get my 7000 anywhere near my router , but it is next to pc . hopefully early next week will have a vonets but in the mean time ..i want to try and use pc with clines ....now i've tried fausto with season and with a com cable but have not had any joy .with the season i get a :- CFG:> Syntax Error On WantEmu must be True(=1) or False(=0).

no matter what i've tried i cant get fausto and cline to talk ...

any help please gang
