No BBC1 HD

Recently got a prem+ hd, after a scan of astra 28.2 I get all the channels except hd versions of bbc. I have done a blind scan which added new tp's but still no bbc in hd. Have updated fw to 0.9.5309. I can get itv, c4 etc in hd. I am new to this so any help appreciated.

try a manual scan enter frequency sr fec and see if they scan in

10847 V 23000 8/9 DVB-S2/QPSK

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but when I try to edit the Sat/Tp i cannot change the symbol rate, it stays on 22000.

the other day i did a complete reset of my spiderbox...i had same problem as above...no bbc hd
followed Aldo post...and guess what...i now got bbc hd back...thanks...once again satpimps guys turn up trumps:respect-046:
