AZBoz premium+ HDD [Archive]

hey uys,

i have an AZBox prem+ works fine until i fitted an internal 400gb HDD, when i rebooted the box it hanged and the dreaded coggs came up. i disconnected the HDD and it booted up fine. i then whilst its on connected the HDD and went into device manager bit it said there was no HDD detected.

i'm running spaze 2.1 is there something i am missing, has anyone else got their internal hDD working..?

Hard drive in an older AZBox working ok, but I installed it and set it up with the official image, before e2 was loaded.

Might be a format problem with the hard drive.

If you don't connect the HDD correctly it can do a lot of damage to the Azbox.
There are plenty of warnings around on how to connect a HDD correctly.

the sata and power lead were already connected to the system board all i did was plug in the sata on to the HDD. S

i turned the box off from behind, before installing the HDD.. and then it wouldn't boot back up

where are these said instructions..?
