View Full Version : SKY SPORTS Free Weekend July 20-22
From 6am on Friday July 20 to just before midnight on Sunday 22 you should be able to watch all six Sky Sports channels including Sky Sports F1 for free.
Should be clear for anyone with an SD or HD satellite receiver as no other subscriptions are required.
For FreeSat boxes you will need to manually tune in the TP's.

It almost certainly won't be available FTA, due to rights issues across Euroland.
These 'free' weekends usually require a minimum Sky subscription, I believe the blurb says something like "free to all Sky customers". It will, at the very least, require an active FTV card.

Typical of sky to do something like this when there is nothing but the Olympics on. :)

The small print at the end said something like register to watch for free, this means your sty box will be authorised to clear the pictures but fta boxes are unlikely to clear the picture because of soft scrambling.
News corp dont give anything away free, by registering you'll be Bo-mbarded by mail shots and premotions to sign up.
