Funny lineup to start with for United. Plus Everton wanted it more than United. RVP touched the ball twice, to take a corner and a throw in when he came on.
M o M Fellani by a country mile.
Fergie out LOL.

This is a weird feed - anyone else left it on after the game? The camera is currently pointing at some wallpaper (I'm guessing, in or just outside the press office at Goodison Park). You can listen in to the conversations and phone calls going on in the background. Also the CAMERA is not fixed it moves from time to time. I can hear someone typing or using a device in the background.
So if you fancy being a fly on the wall!
edit: some guy appeared, dangled his hand in front of the camera, said he was waiting in front of 22, the camera angle changed, you could see the the guy unplugging equipment and then stuffing his match programme into his yellow duffle bag...shortly afterwards the audio went off...the camera moved again and then the feed went off - shortly followed by a test card. After a few minutes audio came on, a high pitched beep and then a feed of Sky Sports News (HD) appeared.
Odd eh?
23:22 Screen went green/no audio
23:27 feed came back on!
Sounds Like SAF Was less than impressed with the way Everton played:
Sir Alex Ferguson admitted his Manchester United side failed to get the best out of new signing Robin van Persie as they slumped to defeat.
Van Perise came off the bench with 22 minutes to go against Everton and United a goal down, but the £24million striker was unable to help conjure an equaliser for his new club.
Marouane Fellaini's 57th-minute goal condemned United to a 1-0 defeat - losing their opening Premier League game for the first time since 2004.
And Fergie admitted his players did not play to van Persie's strengths when the former Arsenal captain came on for his debut.
"We played around him too much," said Ferguson. "We didn't show enough penetration.
"With Robin in your team, you know you want to use his ability against centre-backs in situations he's very good at. But we didn't use him enough."
Ferguson also accused Everton of rudimentary tactics in "lumping the ball forward" to man-of-the-match Fellaini and claimed ref Andre Marriner was influenced by the Goodison Park crowd.
The United boss said: "Fellaini is a handful. He's a big, tall, gangly lad and they just lumped the ball forward to him - that's all they did.
"They worked from that base all the time and they got a goal from him, so it's justified.
"There wasn't anything between the two teams. We were the better football team. On another day we would have won the match.
"It's difficult here, you have the crowd influencing the referee all the time and it makes it difficult for you."

Bad loser!! I'll say. Saying the ref is influenced by the crowd - is that not exactly what he and the MU supporters EXPECT at Old Trafford? Then saying "there wasn't anything between the two teams" - is he totally ignorant of the stats for the game? does he not recognise desire and want from players? I'll bet that is not what he is saying in the dressing room - watch out for that flying hair dryer!!
