neeed urgent help

I have the Spider 9000HD and today I tried to check what the NewcamD server was about. I put it on ON and pressed on apply.
While I did this I was on sat 16E.
Since I did this, I no longer have any signal on this sat. All OK on all the other satellites.
What have i done and can I arrange this mess.
Have tried by doing a factory reset and re loading of all latest files but still just this sat without signal.

16e was off today but should be back on now

newcamd is no good unless you are sharing a c*rd with other people so turn it off unless you intend to share
