Hi M8s
I have a Spiderbox 9900 and the Box wont take any Commands from the Remote Control
Is there any way i can reset the remote.

make sure you have pressed the STB button on the remote

are you aware that the remot control is multi finction. The very top buttons can operate on other appliances such as the TV etc.
point remote at sat receiver and press the STB button and remote should respond.
