Channel 5 frequency search

I've searched the forums and the web for this but can't seem to find an answer. I have an Icecrypt S4000 and used to get all the Channel 5 channels until they changed frequency. The new frequencies are not in the manual search list so I then try to add a custom frequency in the dish setting but it still won't allow me to add the correct one. :willy_nilly:

I put in the nearest one to it and sometimes I can get channel 5 but more often it just says service error and this includes all the five family of channels.

Does anyone have this problem or can help me out?

yes I have the correct frequency but on the receiver it doesn't have that preset. When you try to add 10964 it doesn't allow you to. It just puts forward 10979 instead. I've added frequencies before that weren't in the presets but this time it won't allow it. Am I doing something wrong?

Try 10973 H 22000

If that does not work edit the 10973 to 10964 keeping the 22000 and the H

Yay you're a star. If I edit 10979 to 10973 it works. Funny but it won't add it as an extra frequency.
