xcamconfigure freezing

Hi all. i am having a bit of a nightmare with my s3500hdcci freecing up on xcamconfigure.
plugins load up great and all seems to be ok. i press green button, get option screen. click on ok.
then it just hangs. only thing i can do with the reciever is power down.

Has anyone else had this problem?

i have done factory reset. done system clean(which i found thread for on here).

have you done a firmware update

If you have upgraded the firmware don't forget to upgrade the plugins as well.

You need to clear/wipe the flash as it is corrupt before you reinstall new software and plugins.

All will be fine once you have done the above. the flash wipe software ends in .35 and can be found on icecrypts website.
