Unable to get TF6 channel

Hi All,

Although I have all French channels, I amunableto add TF6. I tried manual scan with frequency 12.168 GHz V 27500 3/4 and pilot off, but shows 0 found.
Any idea will be appreciated

Assuming that you are trying that frequency on Astra @ 19.2 East, then your details are wrong, they should be

12168 V 29700 2/3 DVB-S2/8PSK

Can***** France - All HD Channels
ARTE Français HD
Penthouse HD
M6 HD
W9 HD
Ushuaïa TV HD
France 2 HD
Blackbelt TV HD

TF6 is on

12581 V 22000 5/6 DVB-S/MPEG-2

Thanks but no success.tried it with manual and advanced and it is the only channel missing. How come I got all the French channels but this one

Have you tried deleting some of the channels that you can not clear and scan again, as you may have reached your channel capacity, and if so you will not be able to get that channel or any others until such time as you get rid of dead Transponders and channels.

Thanks but I deleted and started from scratch but still same result. It is strange as I have another receiver (Technomate 800) and I get all French channelswithout any problem.
I also noticed I have the same problem with Spanish encrypted channels such as C+ Accion as I am able to get them all on the TM800 but not on the S4000.

I gave up. I decided to stick to my TM800HD
