technomate 5402 cccam and newcamd disconnected

I need help i loaded the latest patch done everthing right but still disconnected,did factory reset latest patch and addon still cccam and newcamd disconnected pls need help.

Know its maybe obvious but are you CERTAIN your internet connection is working to your box?
When in System Details do you see Cas & Biss menus?:respect-010:

yes everything seems right the ip the biss manu and cas is active

another thing is when i put the id the last letter is left out of space

Try the menu then the entertainment section and see if you can access youtube to see if you are connected

i can connect to youtube search anything and get but doesnt play

you are right about youtube mine doin the same but it does prove connection ok. I have had probs with all the latest patches on my 5402 but reverting back to the 120p from may still works fine, try it

It should be in the tm5000 section somewhere, if not try the download.for-better.biz site
