No maps found

i have a tomtom one XL and have updated the maps using this thread:

i have followed the instructons to the letter, but now when i boot up my tomtom it just says "No maps found"

im not sure what to do ?

i have got a backup and when put back on all works fine again.

any advice ? i would like to update the maps as i have had the satnav since 2009 and have never updated the maps.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

i managed to sort this in the end, this map seems to not be compatable with my XL.

i now have the newest map 895.4444 and the latest navcore 9430 running on the XL.

it works great, i used FastActivate to patch it.
