transponder on hotbird

Hi all

i Can,t seem to recieve the following transponder Hot Bird 13C 12731.00 H 101 HB9 Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 3/4

i have an 80cm dish and live in NW England all other transponder work perfectly

the following channels are on this transponder

ESPN America HD
Extreme Sports HD
Real Time HD
Prima Fila HD

DeA Sapere HD
Disney XD HD Italia

can any body confirm i should or shouldn,t be able to recieve this

That is a Sly Italia TP, and unless you have a subscription you cannot not clear those channels, some of the Protek receivers are able to clear some of the Sly Italia package, C/S would also be an option to clear those channels.

I think they left this transponder on the 21st September 2012, but there is nothing there now on Hor.

According to Flysat those channels are still on that transponder, and Prima Fila HD was the latest addition to it.

on king of sat and lyngsat HD1 is listed on 12731.00 H ,i,m just at a loss as to why i can,t pick this transponder up strange ?

@aldo, your post is correct; I have deleted my post which was wrong. Still not getting transponder Hot Bird 13C 12731.00 H 101 DVB-S2 8PSK 29900 ¾.
will do a scan later when the dish is not in use.

According to the sat beam site this channel was updated 22 september 2012.

Maybe a rescan is in order after deleting the old transponder.

Here is the reply to your post on the other forum by mickha:

That frequency is part of Sky IOtalia, so you shouldn't have any problem, just tested it and working fine here.
What are your signal strength, and quality, readings, on other Sky Italia channels?
What receiver, make/model, are you using?

I am using a Dreambox 800 open pli image and all the other signals are quite high, i don,t have any other issues with any other transponder i.e. on sky cinema 1 snr 93% and agc 96% or sky max 90% snr and agc 93%
