Technomate 5600 ci bulsat

I have technomate 5600 CI USB non super with 1.90 PATCH March 28th 2012 with latest keys but cant get Bulsat to open ,Does anyone know best patch for this model to open Bulsat,Or am I just doing something wrong ?

Loaded keys to no avail do i need add on patch for my model of technomate to open bulsat?
