vu+duo problem with favorites

hi everyone, i bought vu+duo box about a week ago and everything was working ok up till today. for some reason channels wernt working for e.g. may have picture but no sound, some with sound but no picture. did a rescan, but no joy. so i did a mistake, i set it back to factory default, and yes i lost all channels and my favourites.
did a scan on 28 west and got channels back. my problem is now how do i get my favourite catogries up, e.g. sport, movies,music, do***entaries, etc. all i get is full listenings from a to z. can anyone help please. regards.

Not sure what image your on but all images have Plugin Feeds which you can download channel lists from

Menu Plugins then download plugins(addons) look for settings press ok and choose which channel setting you require you require.
catseyes is what i prefer but the choice is yours just browse to a settings you wish to install then press ok and follow onscreen prompts
