Hi sorry for the amount of posts that I'm posting considering I'm a newbie in all this... However I've bought a new STC 6000 box and it came with 2.11.11 firmware on it. However the menu system has totally changed and the only way of accessing my recordings is going into storage manager on the left hand side. On my mates just had to press right a few times and an icon was shown recordings. and all the free TV was on there as well.
Unfortunately when I go into storage manager and locate the recorded file when I#ve finished watching it or press stop, the ice-crypt freezes with a black screen and the only way out is to reboot the system or telnet to the box and reboot from there? am I missing some plugin to provide that Gui menu which I've mentioned above I'm also missing the Download icon (Green arrow) with all the free tv and stuff.....etc..etc..
Can someone please advise on what this newbie is doing wrong!
