guys,
sent my phone in 2 weeks, ago, after waiting a week, and it not being on their track and trace site, i chased up, at first i was told to wait a few more days, then i was told that they couldnt find it.
the phone was being replaced rather than fixed.
they have launched an investigation into whats happened, but why should i suffer.
i dont know what my options are now.
