Vu+ Solo won't start

Hi guys. Newbie here. Have a Vu+ Solo running Black Hole. Not sure what I'm doing
Was trying to format an 8gb USB pen to use to record stuff off of the box... Went through the formatting process but after I was asked to reboot, the box is now stuck with the red/orange light on and refuses to start again... Did I do something wrong ? Or is there a way to restart that I'm not aware of ?

If you did not mount the USB Stick then when you did a full reboot the box is looking to boot from the USB, try removing the USB and start again
