3. Connect your phone via Wifi to the internet and open up the app. You will then be able to download your new map. This download may take up to two hours depending on your internet connection. Connect your phone to a charger and stay in range of your WiFi network until the download is complete.

All TomTom.apk are made easy to install, just made a' folder in root of sd-card called "tomtom"
Unzip all and put in all the content you have downloaded inside this folder "tomtom",
Disable any Data or WiFi connection.
Run the apk and your done
Warning: to prevent TomTom to "Phone Home" and possibly disabling the navigation, always turn Data and Wi-Fi OFF before using
ALSO WHEN YOU INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE FIRST TIME!!!!!
Do not try to buy any in-app purchases or "Live Data" features...use in off-line mode only.
If it don't run first time, then tryout to change one line in metadata.xml file
