Hi have this box just goes to on when powered on then goes blank anyone know how to fix this Thanks

You need to restore it via serial RS232 recovery.
To do this you have to connect it to a PC with a RS232 port, using a RS232 female to female D connector crossed over lead commonly known as a Null Modem lead.
You should find the serial loading PC software on the icecrypt.com site run that on your PC, connect the lead, load the latest firmware into the loading PC software, tick the option for bootloader, click download and power up the S3000.
This should start the transfer wait until it has completed.
The front display should light up to show you that the receiver has recovered.

How to add or edit Biss keys ,Nagra keys and other keys in EMU:

1. Go into CA Key List menu
method: system setup-->TV System ,please input "0000" by RCU in TV System menu.
when you succeed to input 0000 ,you will find a red button display on the bottom of TV System.
please press red button of your RCU to go into CA Key List menu.

2. To add a Biss key in CA Key List menu
Choose "Biss" on CA Type item
Press OK button on your RCU when the cursor is on Provider you wish to update.
If the provider you wish to update is not listed then press the red button to add it.
Coloured button List on the bottom of the remote are as follows:
red button--Add ,
green button—Delete
blue button--Save.
Pressing the red button will open a table window where you can enter the provider name.
The characters are on your RCU, when you have finished entering the provider name, press the yellow button to enter it.
Press the OK button with the cursor on the yellow key this will open a key window from which you can enter your working keys press the yellow button to enter it and then press the Blue button to save your key before you press Exit.

If the Provider you wish to update is already in the list then simply select it and just update the actual key.
The method of add and edit key of Nagra is same as the above except that there are two keys : Key00 and Key01.
