vh1 and mtv on 19e

hi all been away for a while and my spiderbox dont get vhi or mtv anymore tried latest softcam and dont work been looking and is there a new countermesure involved, i got vh1 about 2 weeks ago, tried tonight no signal on spiderbox,
any help or info will be apreceated

An awful lot has changed in the 15 months it is since you last posted, maybe you would be so kind as to give the frequencies that you have used for those channels, then someone may wish to help you.

Thanks for your reply freq = 11739 V 27500 = no signal
also 12343 H 27500 [hustler] was working about 2 weeks ago now no signal,
just havent seen mentioned anywhere about any changes,
setup ok get signal on other channels eg german free to air and other scrambled channels.

Thanks for reply oaktye at least i know its something with my setup, will try a full install of
latest firmware and channel setup and softcam when i get time, funny one some channels work and these
dont,

Hi again an update Faulty LNB was the culprit was working on H and V seemed to not
work on about 10.75 to 11.50 or there abouts was an old cambridge uni 0.6 worked good
for many years, now replaced with original feedhorn for dish [1.2mtr old make] and c120 unv 0.6 that i
swoped out on my channel master 2.4mtr a few years ago hunting scandinavian channels tv1ks tv3s etc,
Now a happy chappy again.
