had a duo now for about 6 months after a year with my azbug (what an improvement) but the problem is it loses signal to the tv only every now and again i thought it was the image vix but loaded the latest bh 1.7.9 everything working fine until i use media centre to stream a film from my pc. i will maybe watch 3 films then i will lose signal like the hdmi port just turns off. also when i hard reset it at the back i have to wait maybe 2 mins before i turn it back on is this common problem

Never heard of it, have you got HDMI CEC enabled ?

The waiting before you turn it back on could be a capacitor issue.
Is it still under guarantee ?

dont no how to enable hdmi cec just set it up as normal and yes it is still under garantee

HDMI CEC is accessed via plugins, ( Green button with BH images )

I don't like the fact you have to wait 2 mins before turning on though, sounds like the well known capacitor issue.

tried the hdmi cec still no different looks like it is trying to reboot all the time grrr looks like a 60 mile drive to replace it
