Icecrypt s3500 cannot get Channel 5, 5*, 5 USA

Hi.
I have just brought a Icecrypt S3500 digital box but cannot find anything (that I understand) about how I can get the Channel 5 programs like 5* and 5 USA.
I have them on my sky box which I have not subscribed to for a long time, I do still get the free sky programs which include the Channel 5 etc programs.
I have updated the IDF file but do not understand the plugin's and addin's. I cannot get my sky card to work in the Icecrypt.
I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me in simple steps.

those channels are free to air m8, no card required (apart from c5HD)

the transponder for them is 10964H 22000 and working fine on my spiderbox

on an s4000 you need the mcas plugin enabled for the sly card to work so I would assume yours is the same
