Can I use a USB HUB Icecrypt S3500.

Hi.
My Icecrypt S3500 is located a long way from the internet router and was thinking of using a USB WIFI dongle type thing, My USB port is being used for the storeage device so I wondered if I could use a USB HUB obtain more ports. I have gone cross eyed looking through the posts but could not find anything about this issue. Lots of other good information though.
I would appreciate any thoughts about this before I go out and purchse them.

i use one of eb*y make sure power pack or overload the port.

mine is a lysium e-blue 4 port from ******s purchased a couple of years ago and works fine with wii fi dongle,usb sticks and external hard drive plugged into it !
