vu uno missing channels

I cannot receive a signal from sly3D and sly news HD.
when i select the channel it show 0 signal.
i have the latest catseye channels list and have also tried manual scan of the transponder using parameters from lyngsat.
anyone had this problem or any ideas.
if i replace the vu with sky hd box the channels are ok

What image are you using ?
Have you ever updated the FPGA ?

I am using black hole 1.7.2 and yes i have updated the FPGA today

That image is too old, the FPGA also requires the latest drivers which you get when you update the image or if you manually update.
It may not fix your problem but you need to try it.

ok Sonic, thanks for that i will update to the latest BH and see if that sorts the problem

well today i updated to the latest BH then updated fpga again. installed the latest version of catseye channel list.
and hey presto still no skky news hd or skky 3d.
swop the receiver for a cheap and cheerful ariva 102 and works fine.
any ideas anyone?

Is your satellite.xml updating OK ?
Can you download catseye settings from the board and the manually replace the xml.
When done reboot box and scan again.

Just checked and they are both working for me.
Use my own channel list, so that where the problem will be

@sonic, thanks for reply. no i am near valencia. not sure what u mean about manually replacing the xml file. would be grateful if you could explain.
