can you update channel list from usb?

do not seem to connect from laptop and do not want to load image (vix)
mising some channels , is it possible to do frpm usb?

No you cant use a USB to update channels

it is apssword prolem tried all programs can connect openwebif to laptop but not dream edit, etc..

which image? maybe change password with telnet? but think password is blank until you set one.

in telnet you can change the password by typing
passwd -press enter
enter the required password -and press enter again
confirm the password -and press enter.
now its changed.

try VuCC and leave the password part blank, and connect , if thats ok using VuCC 0.6 then do as above and change the password in telnet using VuCC to halfax or whatever you wish to use (as mentioned by scrupples above)

then try dreamboxedit or dreamset or VuCC to transfer a new channel list like catseye`s settings list
