Since the gift no longer exists why do you need the MAC address?
Can you please explain what problems you are experiencing.

trying to get cccam to work when i load config file it says file name wrong snet.cfg and snet,cfg when i press fn on remote it says network error thanks

look at the reci, you can see mac address through holes write the on tab good luck.

box frozen stuck on ch4

Try disconnecting it, from the mains, for a few minutes, if that fails try disconnecting the satellite cable, from, the rear of the receiver, after powering the receiver off. Then boot up and see if you can access the menu, if you can do a factory reset, load a different channel list, and try powering off, re-connecting the LNB and boot up.

If it's booting up, and you can see the F100 display, on starting up, then try the recovery tool:
