hi there cant seem to get pltv working is key still ok cheers.
The channel is still open, as soon as the key changes you will soon know about it, as there will be a number of posts mentioning it.
Check your key entry, and channel details, are correct, if you're still experiencing problems please post more details, regarding your receiver.

You may need to change the ECM_PID

Menu, Accessory, Key Edit, Biss,
scroll down until you find 11387
press Red, (this brings up the key edit box)
Change the ECM_PID from 0000 to 1FFF
and check the key is correct
don't forget to save

Should be fine now

hi there ive put key in few times does not open ,do i have to do anything with ECM-PID .ive folled guide have it before but just cant get my head round this,cheers

Please check your channel information, for PLTV, just because it is listed as 11387 does not mean you have scanned it in as that, especially on the Spiderbox. Go to 10E, select PLTV and press Info, to view the channel information, the details you enter, in the BISS key section, need to match these.
If it is scanned in at 11387 go into the BISS menu and delete all listings for 11387 then add the key again.

Solved! forgot to remove the old key which forces coconut to search for the new one.

Looks like 11837 has gone Tandberg encryption.
11304 probably follow or disappear altogether.

Looks like 11837 has stopped using Biss. We knew it would come when the keys kept getting posted all over the net.

hope your right, i think the change in transponder for pltv seems to put my signal up by about 7% and took the glitches away !

it does same on icecrypt 3500 latest firmware tried a blind search on both boxes i get no joy when i enter new frequency
could it be i need to enter sid somewhere anyone ??

this is the biss section , not the transponder section and not the icecrypt section either

the key is no longer working on the new transponder

so both channels are down , no solution
