List or provider - no info on 3D

Hi all, just a q.

I try to view Sky 3D and in the epg all chanells are good but 3D - no information.
go on the channel and there is programming but not the same programme as listed in the tv guide.

am I looking at a list problem or provider issue ?

running all latest plugin and lists
