Please help me i am going mad :( Got a motorised techomate 5400 just brought s*y italia receiver when i connect to the s*y italia box it tells me that there is no signal from the dish, i have been told i need to change settings in my techomate but dont know what before i can view it? Any help would be appreciate:hurray:

Suggest you re-post in the TM Section mate, where there is a category specifically for TM5400 receivers!
You are far more likely to get a response there - for 'obvious' reasons?:respect-050:

moved to the correct forum

send the dish to hotbird using the technomate, then place it on standby with the loopthrough going to the italia box

now try the italia box

ideally you would want a twin lnb on the dish , one for the motorised techno and the other feeding the sly box direct
