pltv problem icecrypt 3500

cant download 11304 or 11305 v 30000 new frequency for pltv on 10 east to icecrypt 3500 despite having 90 percent signal quality on vertical tps coming from my dish ???

just a thought there are channels on the same frequency but Horizontal and 27500SR.
Due you get these ok they are extra high def test transmissions.
It could be you LNB is skewed slightly allowing Horzantal and vertical to unterfer with each other.

I have 93% signal and 66% quality and I'm getting a blank screen with occasional sound glitches on Service-123HD.

problem seems to have corrected itself ?? i tried 3 differant boxes at weekend .and although it would download channel i only got very low signal on that tp
was going to try the suggested tps this morning from you guys but as soon as i went to 11304 it shot straight up to 87 per cent signal strength. cant undestand wot was going on ? still alls wel that ends wel thanks for support guys:hurray:
