hope anyone can help! a friend has got one of these boxes and has been trying to find out how many channels does the reciever hold because he has a motorised system & it has stoped adding channels when he has put in just under 5000 tv channels only thanks in advance if anyone has the answer.

Ive got a openbox x3 basically the same, best advise i can say is tell him to delete all the scrambled channels/unopenable ones from both 19e & 13e to free up some space, those 2 hold well over 2000 alone
