Every satellite does not allow me to input new frequencies. Two frequencies remain within each satellite however I can enter new frequencies however it does not allow me to save them even though I get a signal on these frequencies. What can I do to resolve this problem. Do I need to re-patch, or hit it with a hammer :D.
Thanks in advance,

make sure you havent exceeded the maximum transponder or channel limits

Appologies dear sir, but I am definatley confused. My question to you is did you understand my question? I only have 2 frequencies remeaning per satellite. I cannot save more that 2 transponders per satellite and this is where the problem lies.

and my answer is yes , I did understand the question
and as far as I am concerned the answer has everything to do with the limits imposed on your box
ie:-
1) there is a transponder maximum limit for the spiderbox
2) there is a channel maximum limit for the spiderbox
and generally speaking, the problem you describe happens when a user like yourself exceeds one or both limits, hence my answer
if you wish to repatch or hit it with a hammer, those are your choices and your choices alone
Have you tried doing a factory reset, save your channel list first(for what it is worth ) install that latest patch for your receiver, reinstall your Sat list, and see if that has any affect on your present situation. As echelon has stated you could have exceeded the number of channels and TP's, before you reinstall your Sat/Channel list, you could delete any dead TP's in your channel list with channel manager, and also delete any channels that you do not use, this might also help you to resolve your problem.

Don't hit it with the hammer just yet:angelsad2:
Maybe try a factory reset and reload the latest firmware again.....and perhaps try a re-boot or two??
And if this doesn't work........I would be inclined to give the hammer a try!!:D.......
Good luck.........And if it is the hammer.....Then I would be interested in buying your redundant spider r/c:respect-054:
