S3500HDCCI freezing after firmware upgrade to v2.11.34

Hi All,
wondering if anyone else having this problem.


system info:
h/w version Hs 7110 1.00
app version HS v2.11.34
Api ver API JAN 8 2013
Data ver FDU v1.4

I've been using this box over a year with same provider, perfect performance.
I was messing with webzeal and decided to upgrade firmware to v2.11.34 to see if any extras.
backed up system info, installed firmware, restored to factory settings and reimported channels. I deleted oldx cam and installed new xcam as there was also a new version (7112012).

channels are now freezing very 1-2 mins on a previously perfect system.

anyone any ideas how to tshoot??

I'd start with removing the new xcam and re-installing the one u removed.
If that doesn't work, I'd re-flash to previous state.
My 2 cents 'if it ain't broken don't mess with it'.

ive upgraded and have had no issues.
try to re flash the box using a null modem cable then upgrade to the latest version and see what happens.

I'll reinstall older xcam version to see if that helps and post back
